How do I get tickets?

All tickets are available via the official link on our home page. We recommend purchasing early as many of our shows are intentionally limited in capacity.
Do you offer presales?

Yes. Presales are offered to our mailing list. This is the best chance to secure tickets before general release.
Why can’t I get tickets even though it says available?

Tickets can temporarily be held by other customers during checkout. If a transaction isn’t completed, they may be released back into the system - keep trying.
What if a show is sold out?

Some of our shows are designed to be intimate and will not be expanded. If any additional tickets are released, we’ll notify our mailing list first.

Delivery times vary depending on the ticketing platform. Check your junk/spam folder first, then contact the ticket provider if needed.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
What happens if a show is rescheduled?

Your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you’re unable to attend, the ticketing provider will advise available options.

Set times are shared closer to the show via our social channels. We encourage arriving early to take in the full experience.
Are your shows seated or standing?

This varies by event. Some shows are designed as seated, listening-room experiences, while others are standing. Please check the event listing.
VIP & Special Access
What does VIP include?

VIP experiences are curated per tour and may include early entry, exclusive access, or post-show experiences. Full details are always listed at the point of purchase.
When will I receive VIP details?

You’ll receive an email closer to the show with all relevant timings and instructions.
On the Night
Can I buy tickets at the door?
